Hatfield Temple is proud to announce that attorneys E. Hood Temple, Alec Hogsette, and Edward Henderson have been selected to the 2024 South Carolina Super Lawyers List. A division of Thomson Reuters, Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Attorneys are selected from more than 70 practice areas and all firm sizes, assuring a credible and relevant annual list.

Less than 5% of South Carolina lawyers are selected by Super Lawyers.

Less than 2.5% of South Carolina lawyers under the age of 40 are selected as Rising Stars.

The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.

Attorney E. Hood Temple was recognized on the 2024 South Carolina Super Lawyers list. Attorneys Alec Hogsette and Edward Henderson were recognized on the 2024 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. A judge who reviewed the Super Lawyers selection process said the following:
