Mr. Henderson will represent victims injured on the job or due to the negligence of other drivers and companies. He will assist clients as they navigate the road to recovery following a catastrophic injury or the death of a loved one. His practice areas will include wrecks involving tractor-trailers, commercial vehicles, and cars, premises liability claims, nursing home neglect/abuse, defective products, insurance bad faith, and workers’ compensation.

Ed was born and raised in Chesterfield, South Carolina. After graduating from Wofford College and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Ed worked in Bennettsville, where his practice focused on personal injury cases. He then accepted a prestigious judicial clerkship for the Honorable Paul M. Burch, Circuit Court Judge in South Carolina’s Fourth Judicial Circuit. After completing his clerkship, Edward served four years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. He was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, with the 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, 2d Marine Division. He continues to serve his country as a part-time Judge Advocate for the South Carolina Army National Guard.

Following his active military service, Ed worked at a large, multi-state insurance defense firm, where he gained litigation experience in both state and federal courts. He has received various awards and recognition over the years, such as inclusion to Best LawyersOnes to Watch in 2023. His experience allows him to provide effective counsel to his clients while simultaneously guiding them through the adversarial process with compassion and respect.
